At Aletheia Church we partner with and support what God is doing locally and globally through various organizations and churches who have been called to share the love and hope of Christ in specific contexts. Below is a list of the organizations and churches with whom we partner.

Local & Global Organizations
AVA Care of Harrisonburg is a medical non-profit serving women facing unintended pregnancy since 1984.
The mission of Mercy House is to provide food, clothes, and shelter to homeless families with dependent children in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area in a safe community while providing services to help overcome the barriers leading to homelessness.
New Creation is a Harrisonburg, VA based non-profit counteracting human trafficking through education, awareness, design, & the hope of Christ
Village to Village is a Christian non profit organization that partners with Church World Services to set up homes for new-to-our-country refugee families by partnering with the community to gather donations and with volunteers to set up homes. Members from Aletheia help in this capacity. Village to Village also helps communities around the world to become self sufficient via clean water filtration systems, trauma care training, libraries and more. As a Christian organization they are not always able to communicate our relationship with Christ but prayers are always prayed over the homes during set up, through programming internationally, and whatever doors God opens to the ministry.
Compassion International advocates for children. Their mission is to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. Aletheia Church members sponsor children around the globe through Compassion International, which provides children with food, medical care and Christ-centered education.
Church Partnerships
Missionaries, Akron, OH
Aletheia Church supports a married couple living in an immigrant neighborhood in Akron, Ohio who work with refugees fleeing persecution, war and poverty. They partner with other ministries that address refugees’ physical and spiritual needs. Their desire is to minister to families in transition and share with them the good news of Christ, and ultimately to see church plants amongst the unreached people groups that the Lord has brought to the US.
Brandon & Malia Cobb / Eden Church
Former Aletheia Church members, Brandon and Malia Cobb, planted Eden Church in Hackensack, NJ. Born out of a desire to love and care for the people of New Jersey, Brandon and Malia spent over a decade preparing to start a community that takes care of Jersey. They now meet in the middle school Brandon attended as a child, where he shares the gospel
Francesco & Claudia Arco (Acts 29 Italy / Avant Ministries)
Francesco and Claudia Arco are national missionaries in Italy. They work with Avant Ministries and Acts 29 (known as “Impatto” in Italy). They are currently heading up two church plants. Much of their work centers around discipleship, pastoral care and evangelism. They founded a local non-profit called “Mani del Maestro” (Hands of the Master) that is a tool in reaching out to the many needy people in their area of Genoa, a city of about 600,000. They also minister to victims of human-trafficking. If you are interested in signing up to receive their newsletter personally, please email francesco.arco@avmi.org.

Juan & Gavina Rondon / Iglesia Gracia de Dios y Fuente de la Salvacion
Juan is pastor of a church plant in a town in the Dominican Republic. He and his wife, Gavina, have worked in the small community surrounding the church to reach people with the Gospel message of hope and salvation through Jesus Christ. They have also started a medical clinic beside the church building that serves the community and provides much needed medical care that would not otherwise be easily accessible.
