At Aletheia we believe wholeheartedly that everyone who comes through the doors has something to offer and we want you to have a vital role in what goes on. Put your talents into action and help make the Sunday worship experience even better. As a part of our volunteer staff, you will play a key role in making aletheia a welcoming, exciting, and educational experience for those desiring to get connected with God. From being a part of the production team, to ministering to children, to providing refreshments, there is an opportunity to get involved for everyone.

Aletheia Jr.

	Mikros - Infants (2 weeks - 18 months) Love, nurture, and provide a spiritual foundation to the infants of Aletheia
	Kinos - Toddlers (18 months - 4 years) Be a part of providing Biblical foundations to the toddlers through creative and interactive ways
	Mathainos - Elementary Share the love of Christ with K-5th graders in a fun and stimulating environment
	Tolmiros - Middle School Invest in the lives of 6th-8th graders at Aletheia so they can help reach their generation for Christ

The Arts

	Music Team Are you musically talented? Use your abilities to glorify God and help others worship
	Production and Technical Team If you are technically-minded, help run sound, lights, and the camera during the worship experience
	Presentation Team Assist with running the media during worship and the lesson
	Media Team Put your creative gifts to use by helping to design videos and PowerPoint, to be used on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings
	Creative Team Help improve the overall look of Aletheia by coming up with fresh and new creative ideas
	Photography Team Be a contributing photographer for Aletheia events and marketing

The Frontline

	Rides (from campus) Team Help JMU students get to church by providing rides throughout the school year
	Greeting Team Be the first person to greet everyone who comes through the doors with a hug, an outline, and a smile
	Hospitality Team Help others get their grub on by being part of a team that provides refreshments
	Parking Team Help direct people as they park their cars on Sunday morning
	First Impressions Team Help keep the building looking and smelling clean both inside and out and ready for worshiping God
	Ushering Team Assist with helping people find their seat and other duties
	Offering Team Help collect offering during the services

Wednesday Nights

During the Week

	Small Groups Food, Fun, and Friendship, and more Food. Study the Word of God with other people just like you while grubbing and hanging out
	Aletheia Campus Organization Are you a JMU student? Then check out Aletheia Mid-Day on Wednesdays from 12:20-2pm in Taylor 400
	Aletheia Wednesdays Worship and grow from this mid-week (Wednesdays at 7pm) Bible study, worship and fellowship
	Mommy Bible Study Childcare Give the moms of Aletheia a break while they study the Bible by watching their little ones on Thursday evening
	Social Team Who says Christians don't have fun?! That is not true! Serve with the social crew and help plan and implement social events throughout the year where we can all get together and have a good time. It is so important we give people an alternative to "partying". Past events have included: camping, hiking, volleyball, game nights, etc. There is no limit to fun!

Reaching Out

	Providing Meals for Those in Need Be a part of team that cooks a meal for church members in need - i.e. when someone has a baby or is really sick, etc. Sign up to be put on a schedule whenever a need arises
	Door-to-door Evangelism Share God's love with college students and people in the Harrisonburg community (training provided)
	Global Emphasis Video Are you experienced with making short videos or are you technically minded? If yes, we could use your help! Be a part of the team that researches a different country or region of the world and creates a video to be presented during the worship experience each week
